I’m going to start this off by talking about last week. I don’t apologize, but I do take responsibility for last week’s embarrassment on this column. I was told the picks were 4-16. I didn’t go back and check myself because I knew they were just that bad. My credibility was hurt, but on the weekend’s NFL games I was a clean 14-1 in a pick ‘em. I hold myself accountable for last week, and you should to. Now it’s a new week, so let’s get after it.
Bulls @ 76ers
Under 217
We now have every sport that could ever matter on TV, but more on that later. The NBA kinda sucks, so I’m gonna see if the raw energy you get from betting has any impact on this boring ass league. The 76ers have one maybe two sharpshooters, after that it’s layups and dunks if they wanna pull this one out. On the other hand, they are very good. The Bulls are not. Them dudes just suck. Philly 108-99.
Penguins @ Maple Leafs
Over 6
The Maple Leafs are the hottest team on the planet in any league, sport, conference room, etc. I mean holy shit their power play is honest to god going to be on p-hub premium by the end of the year. Silky as almond milk. Ziiiiiiiing. 47% is unheard of and teams are taking a lot of penalties against the blue men from up north. I do have to recognize the Penguins 92% killed but everyone knows good offense beats good defense, and neither of teams have even an average defense. This is gonna be an absolute shootout (not an actual shootout, I expect this to be decided in regulation). Penguins 5-4.
Utah St. @ Wyoming
Parlay Utah St. -16 and Over 51.5
I’m not even going to pretend to know about how these two teams play football. But Wyoming sucks and Utah St. got a couple top 25 votes this week. None of that matters in this one. Utah St. against the spread this year, 6-0. Utah St. games against the over, 6-0. Both bets are guarantees so I say put the parlay in play and just trust it. Good teams win, Utah St. covers. If ya know, ya know. We are gonna ride this as a squad until it doesn’t hit.
Lightning Round NFL
Patriots -4 (@ Bears)
Dolphins +3 (vs Lions)
Saints +2 (@Ravens)
Now we have a Special Celebrity Guest Pick. CBCDoorman will be filling us in on the Indian Cricket Scene. This game might be some kind of championship. Too many consonants for me to comprehend. This is our first Eternal Lock of the week. It’s a doozie.
Delhi vs Jharkhand
Delhi to Win
Guatam Ghambir of Delhi will go head to head with Shahbaz Nadeem and Anukul Roy of Jharkhand in the semi-finals of the touted Vijay Hazare Trophy tonight. Gambhir leads a formidable Delhi squad along with Unmukt Chand, Nitish Rana, and Dhruv Shorey who are fresh off a brutal beat down of Haryana in the quarterfinals. Ghambir is playing at an extremely high level right now and this Delhi freight train doesn’t seem to be slowing anytime soon. Throughout the competition, Ghambir has recorded 490 runs scored at an average of 61.25 including two hundredths. Against Haryana, he smashed 104 off 72 balls after starter Kulwant Khejroliya claimed six wickets which set up the five wicket victory. While Jharkhand has played well with the resurgence of Varun Aaron and the combination of Rahul Shukla and Nadeem, they won’t be able to keep this one close. I don’t like this pick. In fact, I love this pick. Take Delhi and the money. They won’t disappoint on their road to a second Vijay Hazare Trophy victory.
Pure gold Doorman. Pleasure to have you on the program. I’m sure we can do this again sometime.
Everyone else, see ya next week.

Skipper,
Love the picks as always and thanks for having me on. It was a load of fun. Tough results on the bets last week but just remember that its all about how you respond and pick yourself up. Now lets get out of that hole and pin some winners on the big board.
